Doctor Consultation
Where a doctor consultation is facilitated through Indie Extracts, the doctor independently determines whether a prescription is appropriate.
Indie Extracts does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued or that a particular product will be recommended.
Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation and, where applicable, prescription verification.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is an obvious pricing or product error, the product is unavailable, required verification cannot be completed, or the order does not meet applicable requirements. Or if an existing medical prescription has become time barred or if no new medical prescription is issued by the Doctor.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction. But the main city will be Mumbai, Maharashtra.
With respect to Customers traveling internationally, we would strictly advise you not to travel with Indie Extract products, irrespective of a valid prescription. The reason being that not all countries globally allow the permit and use of Vijaya Leaf Extract based products.
