We work hard to get your Indie Extracts order to you safely and quickly.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our business hours:

Monday–Saturday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM IST

Sunday: Closed

Orders placed outside business hours, on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Prescription-based orders will be dispatched only after the required prescription and order verification has been completed.

Mumbai Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible Mumbai addresses.
Availability depends on your location, order timing, successful verification and courier availability. Same-day delivery charges, where applicable, are payable by the customer.

A same-day delivery request does not guarantee delivery on the same day if verification or courier availability prevents it.

Standard Delivery

Orders outside our same-day delivery area are shipped through our designated delivery partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Delivery Issues

Please check the outer packaging when your order arrives. If it appears significantly damaged or tampered with, take photographs and contact us as soon as possible.

For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be re-dispatched due to incorrect information or unsuccessful delivery.

Indie Extracts as a Brand is for the Indian market and Indian customers staying in India only. It is not for Global export or sale.
