Certain Indie Extracts oral products are Ayurvedic proprietary medicines containing Vijaya (Cannabis sativa) leaf and are intended to be used under medical supervision. And all our products are within the guidelines and regulations under the license granted as per Ayush Ministry laws.

Where a prescription is required, we will request and verify a valid prescription from a qualified medical practitioner before dispatching your order.

We reserve the right to delay or decline an order if the required prescription cannot be verified or if the order does not meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements as per Ayush Ministry.

Doctor Consultation

Where a doctor consultation is facilitated through Indie Extracts, the doctor independently assesses the information provided and determines whether a prescription is appropriate.

Indie Extracts does not determine your diagnosis, dosage or treatment plan.

Any prescription or dosage instructions provided by your doctor should be followed carefully.

Responsible Use

Use our products only as directed by your healthcare professional and the product packaging.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage or share prescription products with another person. These are not recreational products nor are they meant to be shared. Each prescription-based product is specific to the person it has been prescribed too.
